User Profile
Manage your personal information, credentials, and preferences.
Accessing Your Profile
Click My Profile in the navigation menu or go to Settings > User Profile.
Personal Details
- Full Name - Your professional name
- Email - Login email address
- Phone - Contact number
- NPI Number - National Provider Identifier (US)
- Specialty - Your medical specialty
- Title - Professional title (MD, DO, etc.)
- Qualifications - Degrees and certifications
Editing Your Profile
Open Profile
Navigate to My Profile
Click Edit
Click the Edit button
Update Information
Modify your details
Save Changes
Click Save to confirm
Security Settings
Change Password
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings > Security
Click Change Password
Select the change password option
Enter Current Password
Verify your identity
Create New Password
Enter and confirm your new password
Biometric Sign-In
Enable or disable biometric authentication:
- Face ID (iOS)
- Touch ID (iOS/Mac)
- Fingerprint (Android)
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings
Find Biometric Option
Locate the biometric sign-in toggle
Toggle Setting
Enable or disable as desired
Authenticate
Confirm with your biometric if enabling
Preferences
Display
- Theme - Light or Dark mode
- Language - Interface language
Notifications
- Email Notifications - Survey responses, reports
- Push Notifications - Mobile alerts
API Keys
For integration with external systems:
Go to Settings
Navigate to Settings > API Keys
Generate Key
Click Generate New Key
Copy Key
Save the key securely (shown only once)
API keys provide access to your data. Keep them secure and never share them publicly.
