The appointments list provides a comprehensive view of all scheduled, in-progress, and completed procedures.Accessing the Appointments List
Navigate to History in the main menu to view your appointments list.List Features
Filtering
Filter appointments by:- Date Range - View specific time periods
- Status - Scheduled, In Progress, Completed
- Patient - Search by patient name
- Procedure Type - Filter by surgery type
Sorting
Sort the list by:- Date (newest or oldest first)
- Patient name
- Procedure type
- Status
Appointment Information
Each appointment shows:| Column | Description |

Quick Actions
From the appointments list, you can:- View Details - Open the full procedure record
- Begin Operation - Start capturing data (for scheduled appointments)
- View Report - Access generated reports (for completed procedures)
- Edit - Modify appointment details (for scheduled appointments)
Schedule a New Appointment
Click the + button at the top of the appointments list to create a new appointment.Calendar View
A calendar view is available to see your appointments in a monthly or weekly format. Toggle between list and calendar views using the view selector.
Exporting Data
Export your appointments list to:- CSV format for spreadsheet analysis
- PDF format for printing or sharing
