Delete Account

Permanently delete your Tesa Cloud account and all associated data.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone after the 30-day grace period. All your data will be permanently removed.

Before You Delete

Consider these important points before proceeding:
  • All patient records you created will be deleted
  • All surgical procedure records will be removed
  • All post-operative reports will be permanently deleted
  • You will lose access to all organisation memberships
  • All API keys will be invalidated
  • This action cannot be reversed after 30 days

How to Delete Your Account

Option 1: Via Website

Navigate to Deletion Page

Sign In

Enter your email and password to verify your identity

Review Warnings

Read the list of data that will be deleted

Confirm Deletion

Check the confirmation box and click DELETE MY ACCOUNT

Option 2: Via Mobile App

Open Settings

Tap the Settings icon in the app

Account Settings

Scroll to Account section

Tap Delete Account

Follow Prompts

Complete the deletion process

What Gets Deleted

30-Day Grace Period

After submitting a deletion request:
  • Your account is immediately signed out
  • Your data is marked for deletion
  • A confirmation email is sent to you
  • You have 30 days to cancel if you change your mind
To cancel a pending deletion, contact support at help@tesacloud.com within 30 days.

After Deletion

Once the 30-day grace period expires:
  • All your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
  • Your email address becomes available for new account registration
  • Historical audit logs are retained for compliance purposes
