Delete Account
Permanently delete your Tesa Cloud account and all associated data.Before You Delete
Consider these important points before proceeding:- All patient records you created will be deleted
- All surgical procedure records will be removed
- All post-operative reports will be permanently deleted
- You will lose access to all organisation memberships
- All API keys will be invalidated
- This action cannot be reversed after 30 days
How to Delete Your Account

What Gets Deleted

| Account | Login credentials, profile information, profile photo |
| Patients | All patients you created, contact details, observations |
| Procedures | Appointments, procedure data, surgical notes, images |
| Reports | Post-operative reports and PDF files |
| Surveys | Survey responses from your patients |
| API Keys | All developer credentials |
| Files | Uploaded images, DICOM files, documents |
30-Day Grace Period
After submitting a deletion request:- Your account is immediately signed out
- Your data is marked for deletion
- A confirmation email is sent to you
- You have 30 days to cancel if you change your mind
To cancel a pending deletion, contact support at help@tesacloud.com within 30 days.
After Deletion
Once the 30-day grace period expires:- All your data is permanently and irreversibly deleted
- Your email address becomes available for new account registration
- Historical audit logs are retained for compliance purposes
