Access and manage all post-operative reports from a central dashboard.Accessing the Dashboard
Click Reports in the navigation menu to open the reports dashboard.Dashboard Features
Report List
View all generated reports with:| Column | Description |

| Date | Report generation date |
| Patient | Patient name |
| Procedure | Surgery type |
| Status | Generated, Sent, Viewed |
| Actions | Quick action buttons |
Filtering
Filter reports by:- Date Range - Select time period
- Status - Generated, Sent, or All
- Patient - Search by name
- Procedure Type - Filter by surgery
Sorting
Sort the list by:- Date (newest/oldest)
- Patient name
- Status
Report Status
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Generated | PDF created, not yet sent |
| Sent | Emailed to patient |
| Viewed | Patient has opened the report |
Quick Actions
From the dashboard, you can:- View - Open the PDF report
- Download - Save the report locally
- Send - Email to patient
- Regenerate - Create an updated version
Analytics
Track report metrics:- Total reports generated
- Reports sent this month
- Patient view rates
- Survey response rates
Exporting
Export report data to:- CSV - For spreadsheet analysis
- PDF Summary - Overview of report activity
