Rating Sites

Add your profile URLs for Google, RateMDs, and Healthgrades so patients are prompted to leave a review after completing a feedback survey.

How It Works

  1. You add your review profile URLs in Tesa Cloud
  2. When a patient completes a feedback survey, they see a “Leave a review?” prompt
  3. The prompt shows buttons for each platform you’ve configured
  4. Clicking a button opens your profile page in a new browser tab
Only platforms where you’ve added a URL will appear in the patient prompt. If you haven’t configured any URLs, patients won’t see the review prompt.

Adding Your Review URLs

Open User Profile

Navigate to My Profile from the navigation menu

Click Rating Sites Profiles

Click the Rating Sites Profiles button (star icon). This is only visible to primary users who are providers.

Enter Your URLs

Add your profile URLs for one or more platforms:
  • Google Business Profile — Go to your Google Business Profile, click Share, and copy the link
  • RateMDs — Search your name on ratemds.com and copy your profile URL
  • Healthgrades — Search your name on healthgrades.com and copy your profile URL

Test Your Links

Click the test button next to each URL to verify it opens your correct profile page

Save

Click Save to store your URLs

Patient Experience

After completing a feedback survey, patients see a prompt on the recovery page with buttons for each platform you’ve configured. Each button opens your review profile in a new browser tab. The prompt is designed to be non-intrusive — patients can dismiss it at any time.

My Reputation on Dashboard

Once you’ve added your review URLs, your star ratings and review counts are displayed in the My Reputation section on your dashboard. The data refreshes automatically every 7 days when you use the app, and you can manually refresh once per day. Historical trends for your star ratings and review counts are also available on the Analytics Dashboard.

Requirements

  • You must be a primary user (not a sub-user)
  • You must have a provider profile set up
  • URLs must be valid web addresses (starting with http:// or https://)
Google Business reviews tend to have the highest visibility. If you only set up one platform, start with Google.
