Standardised Recovery ScoringThree compulsory questions are automatically included in every survey you create. These questions provide standardised, comparable recovery scores across all patients and practices.

  1. Rate how normal your knee feels (0-100 slider)
  2. Have you returned to your prior level of activity? (Yes/No)

These questions cannot be edited or deleted. They appear at the beginning of every survey and are used to calculate recovery journey scores.

Choosing a template: Consider your patient population and goals. Higher completion rates from simple surveys often provide more useful data than low completion rates from comprehensive surveys. All surveys automatically include the 3 standard compulsory questions for recovery scoring.

Survey Status

Surveys have three possible statuses that control whether they’re sent to patients:

All new surveys start as Draft. Change to Published when ready to send to patients.

Follow-Up Intervals

Configure when surveys are sent after procedures:
  • 2 weeks post-op
  • 6 weeks post-op
  • 3 months post-op
  • 6 months post-op
  • 12 months post-op
Enable or disable each interval in Survey Settings.

Multi-Language Support

Surveys are available in seven languages:

English

Spanish

French

Portuguese

Arabic

Chinese

Hindi

Patients receive surveys in their preferred language based on their contact preferences.

Survey Delivery

Surveys are delivered via email with a secure link to the survey portal. Patients can complete surveys on any device with a web browser.

Quick Start

New to surveys? Follow these steps:
  1. Navigate to Surveys in Settings
  2. Create a new survey using the + button
  3. Import a template (e.g., KOOS, Tegner) or build from scratch
  4. The 3 standard compulsory questions are automatically included
  5. Add any additional questions for your practice needs
  6. Preview to verify the patient experience
  7. Publish when ready
  8. Configure dispatch settings for follow-up intervals
Your surveys will now be sent automatically to patients after procedures.
