Surveys are delivered via email with a secure link to the survey portal. Patients can complete surveys on any device with a web browser.Quick Start
New to surveys? Follow these steps:- Navigate to Surveys in Settings
- Create a new survey using the + button
- Import a template (e.g., KOOS, Tegner) or build from scratch
- The 3 standard compulsory questions are automatically included
- Add any additional questions for your practice needs
- Preview to verify the patient experience
- Publish when ready
- Configure dispatch settings for follow-up intervals
