Survey Settings

Configure when and how patient feedback surveys are sent.

Accessing Survey Settings

Navigate to Settings > Surveys to configure your survey preferences.

Dispatch Schedule

Set when surveys are automatically sent after procedures:

6 weeksMid-term follow-up

Enabling Intervals

Open Survey Settings

Navigate to Settings > Surveys

Select Intervals

Check the boxes for desired follow-up intervals

Save Settings

Click Save to apply changes

Delivery Preferences

Email Surveys

  • Surveys sent to patient’s email address
  • Include a secure link to the survey portal
  • Reminder emails sent if not completed

SMS Surveys

  • Short link sent via text message
  • Convenient for mobile users
  • Requires valid mobile number

Survey Expiry

Set how long surveys remain active:
  • Default - 30 days
  • Custom - Set your preferred duration
Expired surveys cannot be completed.

Reminder Settings

Configure automatic reminders:

Maximum Reminders1, 2, or 3
Gentle reminders can significantly improve survey response rates without being intrusive.

Procedure Types

Select which procedure types trigger surveys:
  • All procedures
  • Specific procedure types only
  • Exclude certain procedures

Testing Surveys

Before going live:
  1. Send a test survey to yourself
  2. Complete the survey to verify questions
  3. Check that responses are recorded
  4. Adjust settings as needed
