There are two ways to join Tesa Cloud:- Sign up as a Surgeon - Create a new account and set up your organisation
- Accept an Invitation - Join an existing organisation as a team member
Sign Up as a Surgeon

Visit the Sign-Up Page
Go to app.tesacloud.com and click Sign Up

Enter Your Details
Provide your email address and create a secure password

Verify Your Email
Check your inbox for a verification email and click the confirmation link

Complete Your Profile
Enter your professional details including:
- Full name
- NPI number (if applicable)
- Specialty
- Practice information

Set Up Your Organisation
Create your organisation profile with:
- Organisation name
- Primary location
- Contact details
Accept a Team Invitation
If you’ve been invited to join an existing organisation:1
Check Your Email
Look for an invitation email from Tesa Cloud

Click the Invitation Link
Click Accept Invitation in the email

Create Your Password
Set up your account credentials

Complete Your Profile
Enter your name and professional details
Team members receive permissions set by the primary user. Contact your organisation administrator if you need access to additional features.
Password Requirements
Your password must meet the following criteria:- At least 8 characters long
- Contains at least one uppercase letter
- Contains at least one lowercase letter
- Contains at least one number
