> Viewing and analysing patient survey responses

# Survey Results

Track patient outcomes by reviewing survey responses and analytics.

## Accessing Results

Navigate to **Reports > Survey Results** or view individual patient responses from their profile.

## Results Dashboard

### Overview Metrics

* **Response Rate** - Percentage of surveys completed
* **Average Scores** - Mean scores for rating questions
* **Completion Time** - Average time to complete surveys
* **Trends** - Changes over time

### Response List

View individual responses:

| Patient     | Patient name               |
| Procedure   | Surgery type               |
| Survey Date | When completed             |
| Score       | Overall or key metric      |
| Status      | Complete, Partial, Pending |

Filter responses by:

* **Date Range** - Select time period
* **Procedure Type** - Filter by surgery
* **Survey Interval** - 2 week, 6 week, etc.
* **Score Range** - High, medium, low scores

## Analytics

### Trend Analysis

Track outcomes over time:

* Pain score trends
* Function improvement
* Satisfaction levels
* Return to activity rates

### Comparative Analysis

Compare outcomes:

* By procedure type
* By time period
* By patient demographics

## Exporting Data

Export survey data for analysis:

* **CSV** - Detailed data for spreadsheets
* **PDF Summary** - Overview report
* **Charts** - Visual representations

## Patient Follow-Up

Use survey results to identify:
