# Login to Tesa Cloud

Access your Tesa Cloud account through the web or mobile app.

## Web Login

    Visit [app.tesacloud.com](https://app.tesacloud.com)
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enter Credentials">
    Enter your registered email address and password
  </Step>

  <Step title="Click Sign In">
    Click the **Sign In** button to access your dashboard
  </Step>

## Mobile App Login

The Tesa Cloud mobile app is available for iOS and Android devices.

### Biometric Sign-In

For faster access on mobile devices, enable biometric authentication:

    First, sign in using your email and password
  </Step>

  <Step title="Enable Biometrics">
    When prompted, choose to enable Face ID, Touch ID, or fingerprint sign-in
  </Step>

  <Step title="Authenticate">
    Use your device's biometric sensor to confirm
  </Step>
</Steps>

On subsequent logins, simply use your biometric to sign in instantly.

<Tip>
  You can enable or disable biometric sign-in at any time in **Settings**.

## Forgot Password

If you've forgotten your password:

    On the login page, click **Forgot Password?**

  <Step title="Enter Your Email">
    Enter the email address associated with your account
  </Step>

  <Step title="Check Your Inbox">
    Look for a password reset email from Tesa Cloud
  </Step>

  <Step title="Create New Password">
    Click the reset link and create a new secure password
  </Step>

<Warning>
  Password reset links expire after 24 hours. If your link has expired, request a new one.
</Warning>

## Troubleshooting

### Unable to Sign In?

* **Check your email address** - Ensure you're using the correct email
* **Reset your password** - Use the forgot password feature if needed
* **Clear browser cache** - Try clearing your browser's cache and cookies
* **Contact support** - Email [help@tesacloud.com](mailto:help@tesacloud.com) for assistance
